    I have bajaj pulsor 150 CC which is 2003 make (round headlamp one). In recent 1 year I notice lots of problem for electrical connections and autostart. The battery also drains fast. Advice me if I need to change batery which battery is better and is there a manufacturing faults in vehicle.

    Sir(s),
    I had purchased a motor cycle Model Pulsar 220 purchase For Rs- 86320/- vide the Receipt no:- 2-00258 (Ambe Baja) Badarpur Dt. 08/07/2011 Registration No. not yet given, I am suffering from lot of issues/problems mentioned below with the said bike Chassis No. MD2DHDKZZUCA16928 Engine No. DKGBUB28567.

    1. On the same day (08/07/2011) front disk was making noise so I went to the showroom and met your showroom manager Mr. Amit/Ms Usha, as advised I met your showroom mechanic Mr. Kishan he told me that a steel clip is missing in the disk pad chember and then he took out the steel clip from another bike and placed it in my bike. I told him that I don,t want this bike because it has the manufacturing defect or testing defect. He said no this is a minor problem and can be sloved easily you will not face any problem further.

    2. After 5-7 days rear disk, front shokers and chain started making noise.

    3. Then a few days leter engine oil started leeking from the radiator.

    4. Self is not working properly some times it goes free and in a city like Delhi with such a heavy traffic this self start problem can prove very fatal and hazardeous.

    Due to all these problems I went to Bagga link at karol bhag on 27-Jul-2011 to surrender this bike as Bagga link is auothrised dealer for Pulsar 220 but intern your manager Mrs. Anita ask me to seret the first service done and assured me that all the problems will be resolved, I have agreed for services but simantaniously I asked them to give me an appology letter because it is brand new bike only nineteen days old hence these problems should not have accured but they refused and assured me again that these are minor issue and can be rectified.

    Just one day later after the service engine has also started making noise and there is a problem in gear shifting as well.

    I have suffered not just because of your defected product but also from your staff . Your staff is curpt especially your manager at Ambe Bajaj Badarpur Mr. Amit, he said that the delivery of Bajaj Pulsar 220 normally takes 25 to 30 days and asked me for commission to make the delivery within 4 days. Even after 20 days of purchase of this bike I have not yet received my registeration no. for this I have visited your showroom at badarpur atleast 5 times.

    So now after suffering from all these problems I have decided that I don’t want this bike at all. So I request you to replace this bike with a new one or refund the amount which I have paid for it.For this I have already loged a complaint in your customer care center on 27-Jul-2011 but I have not received any satisfactory reply from your side. Hence I request you to plz look into this issue very carefully and resolved the issue as soon as possible, beeing a middle class person this is a huge money for me and I can not afford to waist it on a defected product.
