i purchase samsung galaxy y s5360 on 19.11.2011 it work very nice but after 6 day it work slow then i update software form sansung customer care but its not solve my problem so what i do please suggest me

FROM 2ND DAY IT STARTED IN PHONE’MEMORY CARD UNEXCEPTEDLY REMOVED’ PER EVERY HOUR WHEN I SEE THE MOBILE AND THEN AUTOMATICALLY DETECTED THE MEMORY CARD EARLIER.     Update using kies. It will solve your problems. Nd yes remove your memory card before updating
