Latest Update from IRCTC Website
When I logged in to IRCTC Website recently, i saw this matter in the Latest Updates section. Posting it here for the benefit of other users.

“In order to protect interest of genuine user we are in the process of deactivating multiple user-id’s created by users.Please note that as per the terms and conditions of www.irctc.co.in more than one registration by a user is not permitted. Users are requested to mail the user-id that they would like to keep active at care@irctc.co.in.”
Now, my doubts are -
* What’s the criteria to filter the multiple user-id’s created by users?
* Is there any end-date/last-date to send mails to the care@irctc.co.in?
